Kombucha Mocktail

Mocktails are one of my favorite things to make any time. Try being creative with juicing fresh citrus yourself and muddling herbs and berries. Just play and have fun! Kombucha, sparkling water, tonic and anything with bubbles adds the finishing touch. Easy transition to an amazing alcohol cocktail or spritz.
INGREDIENTS:
Your Favorite Kombucha or two ( I like organic, and fresh juice used instead of concentrate)
Organic tart cherry juice (not from concentrate)
Juice of a half of a lemon (juice a real lemon instead of using packaged lemon juice)
Juice of half of a mandarin
Sparkling water
Sprig of rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
Rub rosemary around the inside of the glass then set aside.
Pour in kombucha, tart cherry juice, mandarin juice, & lemon juice. Top off with sparkling water and put rosemary sprig back into glass as garnish.
